I've seen several recommendations for odd time ADRs. Is this solely to guarantee a spot, or also bc of less crowds? I'm booking 180 days in advance so do I still need to book off times if I have the option to eat at 'normal' times? Hope that makes sense :)

    Hi Laura!

What a great planner!  I think that you will find that your vacation planning will be such a breeze now that you are prepared.  As you are booking your dining 180 days in advance, you should have fantastic luck getting into each and every meal that you desire.  A word to the wise - if you are looking at some of the more popular places, I would book them online or over the phone as soon as the lines open!

If you find that you can't get the exact times that you desire, THEN I would look at booking "off times"  that don't see as many crowds.  However, the time that you book is the time that you eat - no exceptions.  Honestly though, I think that you will have great success!!!
