Hi! I have seen several different dates for reservations...90 days/180 days and am a bit confused as to when to call. We are going at the beginning of March 2010 and would like to dine with the characters. Thanks for your help!

The dining reservation window changed last year and will be changing again soon, thus the source of your confusion.

Currently, guests may reserve dining, tours, and recreation at Walt Disney World up to 90 days in advance. On October 27, 2009, this window will increase to 180 days. This means that for a trip with an arrival date during March 2010, you can make your dining reservations beginning on October 27, 2009. (Since March is within the 180 day mark at the time of the change-over.)

I too am in the situation where I'll need to make reservations for a late winter trip on October 27, as are many thousands of other guests. I'm prepared to have a lot of patience that day and the phone lines and online systems are likely to be swamped.

    Good luck!
