    1. We seen that microwaves are not available in the standard guestrooms at All Star Music Resort. Would we be able to bring our own microwave for our stay?

Hey there, Calvin. Welcome to planDisney

Disney's All-Star Music Resort is such a fun place to stay. My family enjoyed our visit there earlier this year, and I think you will too!

Bringing appliances from home is prohibited at Walt Disney World Resort Hotels. This has to do with the safety and well-being of all Guests. However, I am happy to let you know that microwaves are available to use at the Intermission Food Court from about 7:00 a.m. until 11:00 p.m. each day. These are typically located near the drink machines and there are also toasters available as well.

Sometimes, the Walt Disney World Resort Hotels offer in-room microwaves on a first-come, first-serve basis. It doesn't hurt to ask the Cast Member helping you at check-in if they have one available for you to use during your stay. If there is one available, they will be more than happy to have it delivered to your room.

One thing I love about staying at a Walt Disney World Resort Hotel is that all rooms come with a mini refrigerator. This is so convenient for keeping water, sodas and juices cold which can save you quite a bit of money during your vacation. I like to have a few groceries like those items delivered when I first arrive.

I hope this helps, Calvin. If you have any other questions about your trip, please feel free to stop back by and ask me. I'm here to help.

    Happy planning!

Meet the Panelist: Jackie, North Carolina

I love all things Walt Disney World.  In fact, since becoming Annual Passholders, my family of 3 is always hopping in the car for a quick trip to visit with Mickey Mouse!  I've been known to make the 8 hour each way drive to Walt Disney World (in one day!) to indulge in a Mickey Waffle or enjoy a sunny day at Disney's Typhoon Lagoon Water Park.  I may have a small family, but we are always up for some BIG fun at the Walt Disney World Resort.   Learn More About Jackie
