Ive Seen a lot of pics of people painting their Magic bands. Mine are coming next week and im kind of wantin to paint mine, Does anyone know if that is okay to do? I don't want my magic band to not work or something. Its for my Birthday. I want a good trip

    Hi Erin,

Thank you so much for asking your question here on the Moms Panel. Isn't it cool to see the creativity that guests are coming up with when it comes to decorating their MagicBands? I've seen some intricate, pixie dusted details on some of those bands that truly blew me away. The good news is that paining or drawing on your MagicBand to personalize it will not affect the chip inside of the band. If you'd like have temporary designs on your MagicBand, take a look at www.dvccentral.com and their 'Cover Bands" section. These are vinyl and removable, so you have options of how you'd like to show your Disney Side when you visit Walt Disney World.

I hope this answered your question, Erin. If you have any other questions, please feel free to ask us at any time. We're always here to help.

    Have a fantastical Disney day!
