I have seen some information about on-line check in prior to arriving at Disney resorts. Can you explained this process? We have 14 family members staying at OKW in July in 3 villas. Thanks!

    Hi Cheryl!

The online check-in process is really quick and easy and allows you to have a reduced registration time when you arrive at your resort. Even with a large party of individuals, you will be able to get everyone checked-in with no problem.

    • You will begin your online check-in at the www.disneyworld.disney.go.com website and click MyDisneyExperience.
    • Click My Reservations
    • Find your resort reservation and on the right side under your confirmation number, click Check-In Online.
    • Scroll down and input your expected arrival and departure times.
    • Under Request Room Ready Notification, you will provide your mobile number so that you can receive a text message to be notified when your room is ready.
    • Step 2 will ask if you would like to designate a credit card. If you choose to, input the necessary information.
    • Step 3 will ask about any room requests you may have such as Lower Floor, Second Floor or Near Transportation.
    • You will then verify your address and agree to the Term and Conditions.
    • Click Done and you are all set!
I hope this helps. Please let us know if you have additional questions and have a magical day!
