    I have seen info regarding the new wristbands which said guests can pre-choose a certain colour & have their name printed on it, within a certain time frame before arriving. Is this correct & available already & can UK guests use this facility

    Hi James! There are many new changes ahead for guests visiting the Walt Disney World parks and resorts in Florida. Sites have been spreading much about some of the changes and it is all a bit premature.

    Disney is currently busy testing new technology and they will bring it to the guests full time once they are satisfied with the operation of it. It will continue to advance one piece at a time. Right now there are new gates at the entrances for the new key cards as well as resort rooms that have new key entrances. Information about the upcoming magic bands is not public as yet but keep watching the Disney Parks Blog for up to date news. When it is announced you should be able to see if the great guests in the UK will also be able to enjoy new perks easily.
