    Hi Andrew,

Thanks for visiting the Disney Parks Moms Panel with your question.  I really like having groceries in my villa when I visit Walt Disney World.  I find that for my family, eating some meals and snacks in our villa saves us not only money, but also time.  We wake up, eat a quick breakfast, and we are on our way to the theme parks bright and early!

If you order groceries from Garden Grocer, which you can visit at the unofficial website, your groceries can be delivered to your resort before you arrive; however, they cannot be delivered to your villa before your arrive.  If you do have the groceries delivered to your resort, Bell Services will hold them for you until you check in.  Once you arrive and are in your villa, simply call Bell Services and they will deliver the groceries to your villa.

If you are a Disney Vacation Club member, you do have another option for ordering groceries.  Simply visit the Disney Vacation Club member website and log in.  You will then need to click on the tab for "Vacation Planning" and select "Pre-Arrival Checklist."  Scroll down to "Order Groceries" and select the link for your resort.  Groceries will be delivered after 5:00 p.m. to your resort.  To use this option, you will need to print out the order form and either fax or mail the filled out order form to your resort at least three business days before your arrival.

I hope that this information is helpful for you.  Please come back and let us know if you have any further questions, Andrew!
