I've seen that on Easter Sunday there is a Candy Scramble at each moderate and above along with character meet and greet in their Easter finest. Will that take place this year also? Trying to plan what time we head to the park/fast passes!

Hey there, Patricia! Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel. We're happy to see you again as you're putting the finishing touches on your trip!

My family and I are all about participating in extra events around the Disney Resort Hotels including Character Experiences and... Easter is a perfect time to indulge in all the fun!

You are correct that last year Candy Scrambles and Character Meetings were available at many Disney Resort Hotels. Information for resort specific activities are not currently available, but historically these have been held at 9:00 am. If you are looking to enjoy Easter morning at your resort, I would recommend not making any Fastpass+ selections before noon. This would allow you to savor your time in the morning while also taking into account travel time from your Disney Resort Hotel to the park of your choice (on a busy day). You can also call Disney Resort Hotel Reservations a few days before check-in to confirm times and activities for your resort.

I also encourage you to keep an eye on the DisneyParksBlog to stay up-to-date on any other information about Easter around the Walt Disney World Resort. Last year DisneyParksBlog had great information about Easter Baskets and all of the Easter offerings at Disney Springs.

Patricia, I hope this helps as your excitement is building. Best wishes for a Magical trip with not only Mickey Mouse, but the Easter bunny as well!
