I seen on Disney wonder and Disney Dream cruise ship that an audience member can take part both beauty and beast show and Snow White and seven dwarfs golden Mickey show. Are any other cruise ship where an audience member can take part in the show.

It is with deepest pride and greatest pleasure that we welcome you back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Maxie! I can't wait to chat all about entertainment on Disney ships, one of my favorite topics. The live shows are one of the reasons why I love sailing with Disney Cruise Line. I feel like I’m being transported to a Broadway show in New York City rather than at sea!

You are correct that Guests are enlisted to participate in many live shows onboard all Disney ships. For instance, as you walk the pre-show red carpet for The Golden Mickeys, be prepared for a celebrity interview because Guests are often selected to chat with the red carpet hostess. The Golden Mickeys are great fun because they highlight so many songs from Disney movies like Pocahontas, Mulan, The Little Mermaid, and Toy Story. I still have the golden Mickey confetti from our very first Disney cruise!

Depending on your ship, entertainment will vary. My hunch is that you’ll be sailing on the Disney Magic since you are traveling from lovely Wales. In that case, Disney Dreams--An Enchanted Classic, Twice Charmed: An Original Twist on the Cinderella Story, and Tangled: The Musical are all scheduled to grace the stage. Just wait until you see the puppetry that brings to life Maximus the horse!

While audience participation isn't guaranteed, you never know when Captain Mickey and pals might enlist Guests to get involved during a performance. If that interests you, my suggestion is to arrive at the Walt Disney Theatre early to get seats close to the stage because that is usually where Guests who are asked to help are seated.

As a way to share Magic Moments right now, Disney Cruise Line has a Virtual Viewing from Beauty and the Beast online so Guests can have that experience at home! It’s been a welcome addition in our home as we envision setting sail in the near future.

To stay on top of the marquee of shows scheduled and all onboard activities, check your Disney Cruise Line Navigator app. The reminder feature on the app is a total lifesaver; it ensures that I don’t miss out on a single activity or show!

We REELy hope you will have a sequel with the Disney Parks Moms Panel if you have additional questions before you set sail. Have a MAGICal vacation!

    Happy Sailing!
