A couple of the Disney Resorts Collection hotels indeed have buildings that do not have elevators. The rule in Florida is buildings with three or more stories must have elevators. So where does that leave you without calling all the Resort hotels? Here is the short and sweet of it. Two of the Moderate Resort hotels have buildings that do not have elevators because they are two stories. They are:
