    hi --where could we see/meet sofia the 1st and stitch? we will be in Disneyworld the week of Thanksgiving --also, where can we have a thanksgiving dinner?

    Hello Maria,

    I'm excited to answer a question for a fellow Texan! How wonderful that you are getting to spend Thanksgiving with your family at this magical place. Memories of family and fun will be overflowing and certainly a reason to give thanks.

    First, you can now meet Sofia the First at Disney's Hollywood Studios near Disney Junior - Live on Stage. Stitch might be a little harder to find. He is at the character breakfast at 'Ohana at the Polynesian along with Lilo and some other friends. I have seen him on occasion in Tomorrowland. Keep in mind, character meet and greets can vary from day to day and could change without notice. The best way to find out which characters are where and when is to check a times guide at each park. You can also use the official mobile app for Walt Disney World called My Disney Experience. There is a link in this app to see when and where the characters are at any given moment. It is also great for looking up wait times and using their interactive maps.

    There are so many great places to choose from for Thanksgiving Dinner. Many locations around Walt Disney World will offer a special taste of Turkey Day with the traditional fare. For more information and to check availability, call Disney Dining at (407) WDW-DINE (939-3463). Please keep in mind that this close to Thanksgiving, these reservations may be limited and cancellation policies will be in place. I hope you are able to find someplace special to dine and give thanks.
