I seem to be unable to link my tickets on the Disneyland website because they are already linked through my app. I use the same log in info for both accounts but can’t seem to view tickets on website. How can I make reservations if I can’t link tickets?

Welcome to planDisney, Autumn. Thanks for taking the time to stop by with your question for us.

I can try and help you resolve your issue. When you log in to your Disney account on the Disneyland Resort website, you’ll find a tab labeled “My Disneyland” near the top right corner. When you hover your cursor over it, you’ll see a link that says, “Theme Park Reservation Details”. Unfortunately, there’s not an actual link on the website at this time that shows information about your ticket unless you click on “Theme Park Reservation Details”. On the other hand, on the Disneyland mobile app, there’s a specific location to find information about your purchased and linked “Tickets and Passes”. I can understand the frustration you may have when trying to make reservations using the website.

Back to the Disneyland Resort website, once you’ve clicked on “Theme Park Reservation Details”, you’ll be directed to a page that gives you the option to either “Select Tickets” (if you have not purchased yet) or “Make Park Reservations”. You’ll arrive to “My Theme Park Reservations” page. Since you’ve already linked your tickets to your Disneyland mobile app, click on “Book Theme Park Reservation”. You should be able to “Create Your Party” with the tickets and names of Guests based on the information you provided when you linked on the Disneyland mobile app. If you don’t see the linked tickets, Hakuna Matata! Scroll down and you’ll see “Link a Ticket” and just follow the prompts. After a brief process in selecting the date and park you wish to visit, you’ll soon receive confirmation. And TA-DA, you’ll be on your way to the Disneyland Resort soon! If you still encounter issues, it could be Stitch trying to wreak havoc. You can contact Ticket Services at (714) 781-4636 and a friendly Cast Member will gladly assist you.

I hope this information is helpful for you, Autumn. Please visit us again on planDisney if you have further questions. We’re all EARS!

    See ya real soon,
    Kiki

Meet the Panelist: Kiki, California

Greetings! I have been fascinated by the magic of Disney since I was a little girl; now that I am a mother of two, I love watching my children experience Disney Parks through their own eyes. I am also surrounded by fellow Disney-loving nurse friends whom I enjoy quick adults-only Disneyland Resort escapes or Disney Cruise Line voyages with. Whether you are planning your once-in-a-lifetime family trip or a short adults-only getaway to the Happiest Place on Earth, I am here to help!
