    Does it seem like the Star Wars dessert party will be around in November? Last year when we came at the same time, they had replaced it with the X Mas Jingle Bam thing. Really,REALLY hoping it will still be happening this time!

    Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! Thank you for bringing another great question to us!

    I have consulted with the Jedi masters. The future looks dark my friend. No signs have appeared and all is quiet. At this time, we have no definitive dates past August for Star Wars: A Galactic Spectacular Dessert Party at Disney's Hollywood Studios. Trust me, we are all waiting anxiously for some news, any news!

    Keep an eye out for updates in the Disney Parks Blog. They often publish articles on Star Wars attractions and events. All of us in my household are huge Star Wars fans so I understand your hopefulness! 

    In the meantime, if you have not done the Star Wars Guided Tour or met BB-8, those new adventures might offset any disappointment experienced if the Star Wars Dessert Party does not return. Hopefully, BB-8 will still be there to greet you when you arrive in November, but, alas, the battle for peace in the galaxy continues. BB-8 may be called away at any time to help defend against the forces of the dark side.

    May the Force be with you Brandy as you await news of the dessert party.
