Seeking first hand experience with Royal tea on DCL. My daughters are 8 & 9. Although it says up to age 12, I’m afraid they will be too old. We go to Disney yearly, so they have met princesses many times. Are they too old to get the full enjoyment??

    Hi Erin,

Thanks for writing!  I recently returned from a Disney Cruise Line vacation with my two boys. We had a stow-away, however, as we brought my ten-year-old niece with us.  She and I had a wonderful time at the Royal Court Tea, and I highly recommend it.  I was actually worried that my niece might be a bit too old as well, but am so glad we decided to attend.  She still credits it as one of her Disney Cruise Line favorites!  Lady Chamomile, Chef Brule and some of Disney's most glamorous princesses will welcome you and your girls to a celebration that includes stories, dancing and singing.  You'll also have wonderful access to the Disney princesses.  All guests (boys and girls) receive a lovely take-away gift.  For girls, it is an adorable jewelry box with a bracelet, charm necklace, Cinderella plush, an autograph book and, of course, a tiara!

I hope you consider adding this lovely event to your Disney Cruise Line itinerary!
