Any secret details or hidden references to find on the Treasure?

Why ahoy there Gwen, it's great to welcome you aboard planDisney!

With the maiden voyage of the Disney Treasure's inaugural season currently underway, many fellow guests have been in the process of exploring the decks of this shiny new sister in the Disney Cruise Line fleet to discover her hidden features! While there were a number of details released on the Disney Parks Blog over a year ago before construction was completed, I'm happy to lend you a bit of nautical knowledge to help you navigate your way to seeking out the secrets on board:

    • Starting with the Grand Hall of the Disney Treasure, you'll want to look up at the light fixtures above taking the form of ornate lanterns suspended from the ceiling with chains between them (I personally recommend venturing all the way up to Deck 5 to be able to glimpse them in greater detail). You might notice that each lantern features a distinct design representing folks like Donald Duck, Minnie Mouse, Mickey Mouse, Ariel and Cinderella - which correspond with the statues found in the atriums of the other existing ships in the fleet!
    • I highly recommend taking time to dwell within the creepy confines of Haunted Mansion Parlor - and try to switch up where you're seated if you can in order to experience different ghostly vibrations that vary throughout the space! The menu itself even hides a Chilling Challenge (that I personally love as a puzzle-solver) that involves dragging specific words in the right places, which shouldn't be too difficult for anyone very familiar with Madame Leota's séance invocations. If you're having trouble finding the secret menu, sometimes all it takes is a little change in perspective so I encourage you to try to turn the menu on its side!
    • Keep an eye out for instances of "718" found on board that reference the hull number of the Disney Treasure - such as in the Periscope Pub, where you'll find it among the other hull numbers of the sister ships in the fleet on the pressure gauge behind the bar.
I wish I could share more secrets to uncover, but that's all the space I have for now and I can't wait to see what you discover on your voyage!

    Happy Treasure Hunting!
