this will be our second trip to WDW. My girls are 5 and 2. We have res. for Cape May. Have any of you been there? thoughts? Do you know if they will have it on the table to surprise my girls?

    Hi Paula!

Congratulations on your upcoming second trip!  We've dined at Cape May for both the Character Breakfast and New England Clam Bake-style buffet dinner.  Both meals are fantastic, however, as you can imagine, my kids prefer breakfast with the characters.

At breakfast, Minnie, Goofy and Donald, all donned in fabulous Disney "beach ware" make the rounds with the guests.  My kids LOVE seeing Goofy in his swim suit!  Disney does a great job with breakfast, and this one is no exception.  If your kids are like mine, they'll adore the Mickey-shaped waffles, fresh fruit and berries, eggs and other great choices.

Dinner features a New England-style clam bake.  (There are options for non seafood eaters as well.)  I think it's a great value for the price, and you will definitely be stuffed when you leave.

I'm not sure what you meant by "having it on the table", but if you ordered a specialty cake, this is generally delivered around dessert time.

    Have a wonderful time!
