Our second trip to WDW is coming up soon - June '13. We will be at the Wilderness Lodge and was hoping on getting some suggestions/advise on room choice and when to ask. I have a 8 and 4 year old and wish to be close to the lobby but away from the noise.

    Hello Bryan!

Disney's Wilderness Lodge is such an amazing place to stay at the Walt Disney World Resort.   It's exciting to hear that you have planned your next trip there!  Be sure to carve out some time to hang out with the kids at the Silver Creek Springs Pool.

You should call (407) WDW-STAY to add any room requests to your resort reservation.  Although they are simply requests, Disney will do whatever they can to try to fulfill them when possible.   If I were you, I would simply ask reservations to add the following request.....quiet room close to the lobby.  This way, the room assigners will know what is specifically most important to you.  Depending on what type or room category you booked, the reservation agent can assist you further.

Let me know if I can help answer any additional planning questions.

Until then, I wish you a magical vacation!
