    This is the second time that I booked tickets through the my disney experience app and am NOT able to link MY ticket (Ann Marie) to any reservation.

    It sounds like a herd of Lost Boys must be tinkering with your tickets and reservations! Let’s see what we can do to resolve this issue before your upcoming adventure to Neverland! 

    Think of a wonderful thought! Any happy little thought as you attempt to link your ticket! I find that I have better luck on the official Walt Disney World Resort website than on the My Disney Experience Mobile App, sometimes! All you need to do is hover over the “My Disney Experience” tab, select the “My Plans” option, then click on the “Tickets” icon, and finally select the “Link Tickets” button. That should allow you to link your ticket to your personal account, Ann Marie, making it possible for you to make Disney Park Pass Reservations, Dining Reservations, and so much more! 

    If you find that you are still having problems with Captain Hook and his crew, please call a Cast Member that specializes in existing tickets at (407) 566-4985. They’ll be more than happy to help you with your ticket!
