Ahoy, Pauletta!
Thanks for sailing by the Disney Parks Moms Panel and asking this excellent question! Will this be your second cruise aboard Disney Cruise Line? If so, welcome to the
Castaway Club! April is a beautiful time to sail the high seas with Captain Mickey and his friends.
The two adults sharing one stateroom will each receive a Key to the World card. This card will be used as their cruise identification, charge card and stateroom key while onboard. I believe
Guest Services will be able to separate the two onboard accounts so they each have their own credit card associated with them. Please take a moment to stop by Guest Services on embarkation day to discuss your particular situation. The incredible Cast Members at Guest Services will be able to confirm that each Key to the World card is linked with the particular credit card given during the online check-in. Once this is confirmed, both adults' charges will be applied to each person's individual charge card on file, separately.
If the two adults in the same stateroom will be receiving a promotional onboard credit (for example, if they signed up for this cruise while on a previous cruise) I would give the agents at Disney Cruise Line a call at (800) 951-3532 to ask how the credit will be applied to both adults' stateroom folios. They will be happy to assist you!
Your cruise will be here before you know it! I'm so excited for your entire family! Please give Captain Mickey a hug for me, Pauletta!
