Hello, Jolene! Welcome to planDisney. I'm so happy you thought to sail our way with your question before your next Disney Cruise!
I'd be happy to help you as you make plans for the final step of your journey... the return home. While no one likes to think of the end of a lovely vacation, it is nice to know that you'll be returning home with treasured memories of your adventure at sea. At this time, the Onboard Airline Check-In Program is not available. When you disembark the ship, you will be directed to the luggage hall where all the baggage has been gathered and conveniently sorted in colored zones, according to stateroom number and color/Disney Character on debarkation luggage tags. You will be able to easily identify your luggage and then proceed to Customs. Porters will be available in the terminal if you would like any assistance with your suitcases.
If you will be booking a
ground transfer from the port to the airport with Disney Cruise Line, your luggage will be stored when you board the motorcoach. You will retrieve your luggage upon arrival at the airport and will be responsible to check your luggage with your specific airline.
I hope that information helps as you plan ahead for your Disney Cruise! It's going to be amazing. The
Disney Fantasy is my favorite ship in the fleet. Be sure to check out the
Midship Detective Agency onboard. It's an interactive game that provides a fun way to explore the ship. It's a must-do for the young and young at heart!
Please sail to planDisney again any time you have questions about planning for fun at Disney destinations. My pals and I love to help!
