Are the seats in section 3 worth the 2 dining credits at Hoop Dee Do Review? These are the only seat options covered and available for the dates and times we can go this September. We heard it's a great show, but I'm afraid of a limited view!

Here's my take, Michele: The Hoop-Dee-Doo Musical Revue is a not-to-be-missed event for our family each and every year.  The show is that good!  If the use of dining plan credits is your only option, then I'd say yes, even the category three seats are worth it.  The performers take extra care to ensure that guests in all seating categories are included in the show.  Your view will not be the best in the house, but I wouldn't worry too much about the view because the action can be seen from the entire theater.  That said, if it's possible to pay out of pocket for your visit, I would do that before I used two dining plan credits.  I hope that helps you with your decision!
