Are seats reserved at Mickeys Backyard BBQ? we've had to purchase tickets a couple at a time when they've become available. However, we have young children and are also celebrating a birthday and really need to sit together.

    Hi Susan!

Mickey's Backyard Barbecue is a fun way to celebrate a birthday while at Walt Disney World. It is an evening of fun and entertainment from the live band to the cowboy with rope tricks to the dancing characters. The food is good old fashioned barbecue fare with a few special offerings along the way. Adults can enjoy a glass of wine or beer during the evening while the kids enjoy all the dancing.

This dining experience has now gone to a two tiered system. If you book a Tier 1 you will receive early access to the pavilion. It is recommended you arrive an hour before the event to enjoy special activities such as a character greeting with Mickey and pals. Tier 1 will also give you closer seating to the action and early access to the food.

If you have reserved all of your tickets in the Tier 1 or Tier 2 category you will have the opportunity to sit together. If you have some Tier 1 and some Tier 2 this will not be possible. If your reservations are the same tier please call the reservation number to link them together. 407-939-3463. Also have them note there is a birthday being celebrated. During the show they will even ask for guests celebrating birthdays to be recognized.

Have a great "whoopin" and "stompin" time!
