The seating chart of Hoop Dee Doo makes section 1 look way better than 2, but 2 is covered under the ddp, and 1 is an out of pocket expense. Is 1 as far superior to 2 as it appears on the chart? Worth it?

    Hi Patrick!

Thank you for sending in your question to the Walt Disney World Moms Panel.

My family and I usually sit in area 2, but we sat in area 1 this past trip and loved it. We were located right up against the stage and right in the middle.  We all absolutely loved it. That said, I don't know if I would recommend doing that if you are on the Disney Dining Plan. I can tell you that short guests might have part of their view blocked by guests sitting at tables in front, especially if there are taller guests in front of you. That's usually only an issue when the cast comes down to the floor to interact with guests though; most of the show takes places on an elevated stage.

It is a hard decision and very guest dependent. Good luck and please write back with more questions.
