    I have a seasons pass but purchased tickets to MVMCP, I have been told this is a hard ticket event yet I have not received my tickets. I can see the event on MDE but I want the hard tickets as a keepsake. How can I get a hard ticket?

    Hi, Cassandra!

    Mickey loves Christmas so he throws an amazing party! You will certainly be put in a holiday mood after attending Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party. 

    After ordering your special event tickets, you should receive them in about 14 days if you chose standard US Mail as your delivery option. If you chose the "Print at Home" option, you will not receive any tickets via mail as you will simply print them yourself. If you chose "Email" for the delivery, print out the email, and take to a ticket window to receive your tickets. Express delivery (for a fee) via UPS was also an option. 

    If you feel you should have received your tickets by now, give a call to (407)939-7523 and a friendly Cast Member can assist you. 

    Since you have the tickets linked to your My Disney Experience account, you can simply use your MagicBand for party entry. Please note that the hard tickets are not "holiday" themed. I just got mine, and they are random (Expedition Everest, Minnie Mouse, etc).  I know you want them as a keepsake, but I do not want you to be disappointed! The only thing that makes these different is that is has MVMCP with the party date stamped on the back.
