Hi. We are a seasoned WDW family making our first visit to Disneyland. Planning to stay at The Disneyland Hotel, with a pool view, but have no idea which tower to request! Which would be best for our family of 5 (Mom and 4 boys ages 14,12, 10 & 8)?

Hi there, Melissa! I'm so excited to hear that you are staying at the Disneyland Hotel! This hotel is steeped in history and features amazing pools and phenomenal dining options right on-site.

If you have a view of the pool, you really can't go wrong in any room in any tower. If you and your boys plan to spend a lot of time racing down the two monorail waterslides, you might choose Frontier Tower for quick access to this area of the pool. If you want to ensure the easiest and quickest (albeit by only a minute or two) access to the Downtown Disney District and the parks, then Adventure Tower might be right for you. Or, if you want to make sure you are nearly always in reach of a delicious Dole Whip (served at The Coffee House), then choosing the Fantasy Tower would be best. Just keep in mind that although Cast Members will do everything they can to accommodate you, room requests are not guaranteed.

I hope you and your family have a splendid time at the Disneyland Resort!
