Welcome to planDisney! It's always a treat to hear from a fellow Florida resident annual passholder. Isn't it great to have frequent access to all the magic at Walt Disney World?
It's true that your Pixie Dust passes are blocked out on weekends. However,
Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party is a separately ticketed event, and access is granted to those who have purchased those tickets. So your annual pass status will have no effect on your ability to enter Magic Kingdom for the party.
And good news: As an annual passholder, you are eligible for a
discount on the party tickets. (You must be logged into your My Disney Experience account when you buy the tickets to get the discount.) And there's
Not-So-Scary merchandise available for purchase only by annual passholders.
The party officially starts at 7 p.m., but your party ticket allows you to enter Magic Kingdom as early as 4 p.m. So I recommend you go early and take advantage of a rare opportunity for you to visit on a Sunday.
Then, once the festivities begin, take in all the spooktacular fun. Don't miss the
Boo-to-You Halloween Parade with the Headless Horseman, the dancing gravediggers from The Haunted Mansion and more. And find a great spot to watch the
Not-So-Spooky Spectacular fireworks extravaganza.
