Hey there, hi there, Marilyn! You're as welcome as can be here at planDisney! I'm so glad that you've stopped by with your vacation planning question. I just love chatting with a fellow Annual Passholder!
Marilyn, did you see the news?! It's officially
holiday time at Walt Disney World Resort! There is never a bad time to visit The Most Magical Place on Earth, but the holiday season is my absolute favorite. With the festive decorations, twinkling lights and smell of gingerbread around every turn, there just seems to be extra magic in the air. I'm thrilled to help you plan your jolly holiday, so let's get this planning party started!
As a
Walt Disney World Resort Annual Passholder, I always recommend starting your planning on the
Special Offers, Deals & Discounts page on the Walt Disney World website to take advantage of the awesome Resort offers exclusively for Passholders. While the discounts are always changing, right now, Passholders can save up to 25 percent on select Disney Resort Hotels on most nights through December 25th! Happy holidays to you, Marilyn!
I just did a quick search for availability for your dates and was able to find an amazing deal on a stay at the oh-so-magical and elegant Disney's Grand Floridian Resort & Spa. However, if the room of your dreams no longer has availability with the Passholder discount, I suggest checking back and checking back often. Guests' plans are changing all the time, so you never know what you might find!
Marilyn, if your dates are flexible, I found a sleigh-load of availability of discounted stays from December 11th through the 18th. If that week works for your travel plans, I suggest searching that week, as well. If your dates are firm, just log in to your
My Disney Experience account, click the "
Places to Stay" tab and run a search for your dates to see the availability with and without any special offers or discounts. Happy booking and planning, my friend!
I hope this was helpful, Marilyn, and I hope you have the holly jolliest time on your upcoming holiday getaway! Please feel free to stop by any time with any questions you may have along the way.
Merry and bright,
Mandy
