When searching for dining reservations, when I put in "dinner" only 8:00 showed in the results. But when I went back and put a certain time like 6:00 pm , 6:45 showed up. Do you know why multiple times do not show?

    Hi, Pamela!

I've actually had the same thing happen when I've been searching for Advanced Dining Reservations online. I did exactly what you described and also noticed that when I put in a specific time, I was given some different times to choose from. I spoke with a Cast Member from Disney Dining to ask what was going on and they explained that it could be a number of things.

The first time you searched for dinner only, the 8:00 p.m. time could have been the only time available for that meal period on that date for your party size. Between the time when you went back to select a specific time and searched again, another Guest could have cancelled their reservation on the same day and opened up that availability.

Another scenario could be that another Guest was shopping online and holding a reservation for the same location at around the same time. If they decided that they no longer wanted it and let it go, it would show up as available when you did your search.

Sometimes I find that the more often I refresh my search, I'm able to catch it just right eventually. I sure hope this helps! Please let us know if we can help with any other questions you have, Pamela!

Wishing you and your family a Pixie Dusted vacation!
