Hi Debra,
Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! I am delighted to hear that you used
Memory Maker. My family loves our photos and videos with Memory Maker!
In the past, we have discovered photos missing from
My Disney Experience. While still at the parks, we visited a
Disney PhotoPass Service counter to speak with a cast member. Cast members have been able to locate our photos while we stood there. If you have already arrived home, I suggest that you call 407-560-4300 or submit a question using the
Disney PhotoPass Online Contact Form. As long as we have remembered the date, general time that the photo was taken, and location, a cast member has been able to locate our photos and link them in My Disney Experience. It also helps if you can describe how many people were in the photo and the clothing you were wearing. In one instance, the cast member could not locate a photo while on the phone with me but a day later, the photo had been found and uploaded to My Disney Experience Account. I literally almost cried - it was a photo of our girls riding their first attraction alone. It was a special memory!
Debra, I do have one additional suggestion, be sure to check the expiration date on your photos and download them prior to that expiration date. I have never regretted purchasing Memory Maker. We have so many photos from our Disney trips - I am simply grateful that we were all in those photos, together.
Magic, memories and Minnie Mouse hugs,
Donyell
