I have searched every "Disney" web site for this answer-- you are my last hope. On the DDP, how does the quick service credits work if you order a'la cart? Example: we are going to Epcot, to France's Boulangerie Patisserie.

On the Deluxe Dining Plan each member of your party will get two snack credits and three quick service or table service credits per night of your stay.  At counter service restaurants, like Boulangerie Patisserie, you will be able to order one beverage, one meal item, and one dessert.  This will use one of your table service/quick service credits.

If you go there and just get a pastry and a coffee, you want to just use your snack credits.

The cashiers at all the restaurants are familiar with the meal plans and will be able to answer specific questions before you order.  You will want to be extra mindful with the deluxe plan.  The meal credits are very valuable because they can be use for either a quick service or a table service.  At the same time you don't want to have extra credit left over when your trip is over.

Good luck and have fun planning.
