Hi! I searched for the answer to this question, but the most recent answer was from a year ago. Do any of you know of the best WDW info apps (free or paid for) for iPhone? Looking for wait times, restaurants, character info, etc. Thanks!

    Hi Sarah!

I am a smartphone junkie.  I think I have about fifteen different Walt Disney World apps on my phone.  These are my top three:

    1. Disney Parks Mobile Magic app (powered by Verizon): the GPS-enabled features make it easy to find food, characters and attractions nearby.  And it works for both Walt Disney World and Disneyland Resorts.

    2. Lines: an unofficial app by the folks at TouringPlans.com:  Their wait times are submitted by users, so you get the posted wait times as well as what the "real" wait time is.  It also gives you access to their crowd calendars to help plan your days.

    3. Disney World Hidden Mickeys app:  This app is so much fun!  You can use it to find "Hidden Mickeys" near your location and make a game out of it.  It's a great way to kill time when you're in a long queue or while you're strolling the park. It brings out details you might have walked by before.

Please let me know if you have any other questions about apps or any part of planning your magical vacation.  I'd love to help you make it practically perfect in every way.
