    Is there some way to search for locations or events on My Experience, ie. We have a confirmation for a carriage ride that starts at Port Orleans??? How can I find Port Orleans???

    Hello Gordon and thanks for asking such a great question about the fantastic new My Disney Experience planning tool.
    I expect that you've already created and personalised your own My Disney Experience and maybe even added your Resort reservation to it as well as your Park tickets and Advanced Dining Reservations.
    It's fairly straightforward to search for locations using the online version of My Disney Experience;
    - from the landing page; in the right hand column look for & clink on a pair of binoculars & "find things to do"
    -
    next page is 'Explore Walt Disney World', click on 'All parks & Resorts"
    - scan down the drop down list of Resorts until you arrive at 'Port Orleans Riverside'; click to select.
    - this brings another drop down list of activities; select 'carriage rides'.
    I hope that my explanation is of some help to you.  As with all new technology and apps, sometimes a little practice does make perfect!
    Have a great Disney day.
