I have not read of any restrictions regarding bringing sealed memorial jewelry onboard a Disney Cruise. I do not believe it will be confiscated. I recommend that you pack any jewelry that you won't be wearing as you embark on the ship in your carry-on luggage.

Travel Documentation in your carry-on luggage to present during check-in at the port. If you need some help deciding what to pack, you can reference the
Packing Checklist on the Disney Cruise Line website. I also recommend that you make sure you have the latest version of the
Disney Cruise Line Navigator app downloaded to your smartphone before you leave home.
In many cases, you can connect to the DCL Guest Wi-fi network from the cruise terminal and open the Navigator app to begin browsing all of the activities, entertainment, and even restaurant menus before you board the ship. If you see an activity listed in the Daily Activity Schedule that you don't want to miss, select the heart icon next to the listing. If you have notifications enabled from the app, you can receive a reminder about the activity about 15 minutes before it begins. That's usually enough time to finish eating an ice cream cone by the pool and still get there on time.
