I get sea sick easily. What are my options if I'm having a bad time on board?

    Hi Marcus!

Thank you so much for thinking to ask the Disney Parks Moms Panel about what to do if the motion of the ocean starts to interfere with your vacation aboard the Disney Cruise Line. If you're like me, you've been looking forward to all that your cruise has to offer and the last thing you want is to not feel well due to seasickness.

Each Disney Cruise ship has a Health Center located on Deck 1, Forward. If your seasickness is causing you to have a rough time, you will find doctors and nurses available to assist you during the Health Center's daily clinic hours. If you are experiencing a medical emergency after hours, a doctor and nurse will be on call 24/7 during your cruise.

I'm so sorry you get seasick easily, Marcus. Hopefully, during your upcoming cruise, you will experience all the incredible services onboard with the exception of those found in the Health Center! However, if you do need to pay them a visit, please know the doctors and nurses will strive to help you feel better so you can get back to enjoying all the wonderful activities scheduled on the Personal Navigator.

Wishing you nothing but smooth sailing!
