Bright Suns, Maegen!
Thanks for stopping by the Disney Parks Moms Panel with your question!
Three chEARs for scoring
Millennium Falcon: Smuggler’s Run FastPasses! Since you will be traveling to a land far away, to the planet of Batuu, it would only be right for you to be able to explore the land! In fact, it is recommended you stay and enjoy all that
Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge at
Disney’s Hollywood Studios has to offer!
I’m happy to tell you that you do not need FastPasses to Millennium Falcon: Smuggler’s Run, or a boarding group for
Star Wars: Rise of the Resistance (although that would be amazing!) in order to stay and enjoy exploring Batuu! My family and I love to visit Batuu and grab a bite to eat at
Docking Bay 7 Food and Cargo (
Mobile Ordering here is usually available!) and go to the
Milk Stand to sip some blue milk as we walk around and enjoy the atmosphere. Be sure to ask Cast Members where the Disney PhotoPass locations are because
Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge PhotoPass shots are out of this galaxy!
Some of the awesome experiences that are highly sought-after
require advanced reservations. For instance,
Savi’s Workshop - Handbuilt Lightsabers, where you can continue the way of the Force by partaking in the secret workshop customizing your very own lightsaber is as popular as it is incredible! An experience close to my heart has to do with our "astromech!" My boys and I built our own droid at
Droid Depot and I like to joke that we have a new member in our family, because our droid is so much fun to play with! If you’re interested in stopping by the local watering hole for libations, be sure to grab a reservation for
Oga’s Cantina!
The Force is strong with you! I know you will have the most exciting adventure navigating your way around Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge!
’Til the Spires, Maegen!
