I just scored a lunch reservation @ BOG. Which room should I try with a 7-year-old boy who doesn't want to have anything to do with princesses? LOL first time @ BOG. Thanks!

    Hi Diana,

Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel. I think your anti-princess son is going to love Be Our Guest because, while it's ornate and beautiful, it's got lots of touches that will appeal to a 7-year-old boy, including the suits of armor that greet you in the front hallway.

I'd pick the West Wing for your lunch dining spot. The special effects are pretty cool, from the portrait of the Beast that changes into the prince and back again to the rose under glass with its falling petals. The room is dark, a bit foreboding and very masculine.

I have to throw in a little tip about the food, too. I'm not usually a dessert person, but I can't leave Be Our Guest without a triple chocolate cupcake. Or try the Master's Cupcake served with the grey stuff. It's delicious!

Wishing you a magical visit to Be Our Guest and Walt Disney World with your family. Enjoy!
