    Just scored dinner reservations for BOG- YES! Ques: Dinner at 6:40 night of MVMCP. How do we check in if long line waiting? Second Ques: Will we miss a lot of the party with that time? I'm thinking not. We do plan to enter park at 4:00 PM Thanks!

    Hi Catherine!

    Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel.  Congratulations on booking reservations for Be Our Guest Restaurant!  My family and I have been lucky enough to dine at Be Our Guest several times, and it is absolutely fabulous!  When you arrive at Be Our Guest there is a line for guests with dining reservations waiting to check-in, the line moves fast and you will be given a pager to notify you when your table is ready.  Once the pager goes off, simply give the pager to a Cast Member, and they will escort you to your table.  

    In terms of missing Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party, dinner will take anywhere from an hour to an hour and a half from the time you check in until you are leaving the Restaurant.  It is always a tough choice deciding to dine during special events, because I never want to miss anything during the party.  You shouldn't miss too much, and missing an hour or so of the party is worth it to dine at Be Our Guest.  

    I would recommend to keep trying for a dining reservation slightly earlier just to really maximize your time at Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party. Guests are allowed entry into Magic Kingdom Park as early as 4:00 pm with hard tickets for Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party, however the festivities do not officially start until 7:00pm.  If you can secure a reservation a little bit earlier, you will not miss anything!
