Hey there Chuck,
Welcome to planDisney and thanks for your question! I'm thrilled to see that you have a trip planned to the Happiest Place on Earth for later this year.
The Disneyland Resort does indeed have some
mobility options available for rental for your visit including wheelchair and scooters (ECVs). If you happened to want to go with a manual wheelchair, those are $15 per day. The ECV rentals are $60 per day plus sales tax (prices are subject to change without notice). These are rented at a window just outside the Disneyland Park entry gates, are subject to availability and available on a first-come, first-served basis.
If you're looking for an option that you can take with you back to your Disneyland Resort hotel, I would recommend looking into reserving a rental through ScooterBug, Disney's featured provider. More information is available on the
ECV & Wheelchair Rental page.
Lastly, the Disneyland Resort takes accessibility seriously, which I can attest to as I've visited the parks with family members who have utilized scooters during our visits! There are two pages that I've found helpful with a number of resources to prepare for your visit while utilizing a scooter.
First is the
Accessing Attractions Queues page, which covers how it works to wait in line for attractions while utilizing an ECV or wheelchair - including options like Attraction Queue Meet-Up and Rider Switch in particular.
Second is the
Mobility page, which has links to additional services like disability parking, restroom information, and more information about attraction accessibility.
Thanks again for your question, Chuck! Make sure to come back and see us if you think of any additional questions as you continue to plan your trip.
Have a Magical Day,
Greg
