if you have Scooterbug deliver a vehicle to Disneyland hotel I know they can deliver it to the captain, can you leave it with the captain to be charged overnight and just pick it up in the morning?

Hello there, Beverly! It’s my pleasure to welcome you to planDisney!

I’m so glad you stopped by with this question—planning ahead for mobility needs can make such a big difference in feeling relaxed and ready to enjoy every moment of your visit.

For your upcoming stay at the Disneyland Hotel, I checked with a helpful Cast Member regarding charging your ScooterBug electric conveyance vehicle (ECV). At this time, Bell Services isn’t able to store or charge mobility devices overnight. The good news is that you have a couple of easy and convenient charging options right at your hotel room. You’re absolutely welcome to charge your ECV directly in your hotel room using a standard wall outlet. Additionally, you may also charge your device in the hallway outside your room—Cast Members shared that there are outlets available there as well, as long as the ECV is positioned off to the side and doesn’t block any walkways.

Once you’re ready to head into the parks, you’ll be happy to know that both Disneyland Park and Disney California Adventure Park are thoughtfully designed with accessibility in mind. Many attractions allow Guests to remain in their wheelchair, while others offer a transfer option or a return time to make boarding easier and more comfortable. Cast Members at each attraction are always happy to walk you through what to expect and assist however they can.

For even more peace of mind as you plan your park days, Beverly, there’s also a really helpful resource on the Disneyland website that explains how Guests using wheelchairs and ECVs can access attraction queues, including when standard queues are accessible and how return times work when needed. It’s a wonderful way to preview what to expect and feel even more prepared before you arrive.

And as a little added sprinkle of pixie dust, this is a truly wonderful time to be planning a visit! The Disneyland Resort 70th Celebration continues through the summer of 2026, filling the resort with festive touches, special entertainment, and extra magic that makes every visit feel even more memorable.

I hope this helps you feel confident and excited as you continue planning, Beverly. If any other questions come up along the way, you’re always welcome to stop by planDisney again—we’re happy to help!

    See ya real soon!
