    Can ScooterBug still deliver strollers to our Disney resort before we arrive? Their last delivery time is 6 pm and we won’t arrive until after 8 pm. Can we leave them with the desk for pickup as well or do we have to be there for pickup?

    Having just visited Walt Disney World Resort with my extended family, I'm more than happy to share that Stroller Rental really can save your Disney day as they are so convenient and incredibly easy for Guests to arrange.  Whether you choose daily, or length-of-stay Stroller Rental of either single or double strollers from direct Disney, or from their current featured provider, ScooterBug; it really is supercalifragilisticexpialidocious!

    Lindsey, I'm pleased to say that Disney's current featured provider, ScooterBug can indeed deliver strollers (or any other currently available rental equipment) direct to your Disney Resorts Collection hotel.  Plus, you won't need to worry about being present to personally take delivery of your rented items as ScooterBug work closely with Cast Members to ensure that any rental items are delivered and stored ready for collection at a time which is convenient for you! 

    Upon check-in at the Front Desk of your Disney Resorts Collection hotel, simply enquire with Cast Members about the collection of your ScooterBug stroller rental.
