    Will Scooter Bug still drop off your rental at the front desk of your resort and hold it until you arrive?

    Welcome to planDisney! I see you are planning a vacation for January; that is the perfect way to kickstart a magical year, in my opinion. I hope your vacation provides you with all the pixie dust and joy to last an entire year!

    Great question about ScooterBug, Brenda! As Disney’s Featured Provider, ScooterBug provides Electric Conveyance Vehicles (ECV), wheelchairs, and stroller rentals for the entire length of your stay, saving you from having to wait in line to rent at the Theme Parks each day. Another fantastic perk is that ScooterBug will drop your rental to Bell Services at your Walt Disney World Resort Collection Hotel so that it will be awaiting your arrival! Just make sure to provide your resort hotel details when you make the reservation, including an accurate estimated arrival time, and they will be able to arrange your rental accordingly.
