Where do school buses drop off passengers at magic kingdom?

Hey there, April! Welcome to planDisney!

I'm so glad you're here. Thank you so much for trusting us with your question. It'll be my pleasure to assist you with your planning needs.

One of the best benefits of staying at a Disney Resort hotel is the complimentary transportation. Getting to Magic Kingdom Park is so much easier when you're staying on site. I love that the buses drop you off right in front of the park. Guests staying off property must go through the Ticket and Transportation Center before making their way to Magic Kingdom. While this isn't the biggest inconvenience, I personally love being taken straight to the magic. Especially at the end of a long park day, it's nice to hop on a bus right away and take a quick nap before heading back to your comfy bed.

Another one of my favorite benefits of staying onsite is Early Theme Park Entry. This allows guests to enter the theme parks 30 minutes before they open to the public. During this time, I like to experience popular attractions or take photos with fewer crowds in the background.

While you're at Magic Kingdom, be sure to check out TRON Lightcycle / Run. My extra tip is to ride it at night and request the front row. There's nothing like going off the Grid after dark! Also, be sure to save a spot for the Happily Ever After fireworks show about an hour before it begins. I always like to stand right behind the garden fences so no one can block my view. It really helps, especially since I'm not very tall.

April, I hope this information has helped. More importantly, I hope you have an amazing time at The Most Magical Place on Earth. Come back and see me anytime!

    Your personal planning companion,
