Hi, Kathy! Welcome to planDisney! I couldn't help but notice that you have a practically perfect first name, so I thought it would be nice to have a little chat! It looks like your Walt Disney World Resort vacation is less than a week away. I bet you can't wait to
hop on your banshee and, uh, fly! And it sounds like you still have some last-minute plans to make, so we better get to it!
Kathy, as
Walt Disney World continues its phased reopening of the Theme Parks and Resorts, there have been some changes to how we Guests experience the Most Magical Place on Earth. While our normal plans would always include making FastPass+ selections before heading out to the Parks, that's one thing we don't have to worry about now because FastPass+ is not currently available. Instead, Disney is limiting the number of Guests in the Theme Parks in order to help with physical distancing. With fewer people in the Parks, everyone can now just hop in the regular standby queue and wait our turn to ride.
Although there's no need to book FastPass+ anymore, Kathy, you do need to make Disney Park Pass reservations before you visit the Theme Parks. It's really easy to do! Just log in to your
My Disney Experience account and make sure your
tickets are linked, then go to the
Disney Park Pass page. You'll create your party, select the date and Park you plan to visit, then hit "Confirm." Then follow the same procedure for the other days of your trip, and you're ready to explore!
I hope this helps you plan a magical visit to the Walt Disney World Resort, Kathy. Please come see us again if you have any more questions. And remember -

Keep Disney Dreaming,
Kathy K.
