    I have scheduled a trip to Disney Orlando and want to find out which restaurants have gluten, dairy and egg free meals.

    Thanks for stopping by the Disney Parks Moms Panel! I am happy to help you navigate the fabulous restaurants throughout Walt Disney World Parks and Resorts. The Walt Disney World Resort makes catering to guests with food allergies and special dietary requests a top priority, making it possible to find plenty of allergy-friendly and safe options for you to enjoy. Most quick-service and table-service restaurants have allergy-friendly menus or allergy guides available. It is also possible for you to speak with the Chef or special-diets trained Cast Member for guidance in safely navigating the menu. You can find allergy-friendly menus online at many of the quick service restaurants, such as Flame Tree Barbecue, ABC Commissary, Backlot Express, Columbia Harbour House, Cosmic Ray’s Starlight Café, Electric Umbrella, and Satu’li Canteen. For Table Service restaurants, you will want to be sure to indicate any and all food allergies when making a dining reservation and again discuss your dietary requirements with a Cast Member upon arrival at the restaurant. I highly recommend that you download the My Disney Experience Mobile App in order to easily browse restaurant menus, make dining reservations, and place mobile orders at select quick-service restaurants.
