I’ve scheduled a three day weekend at Port New Orleans, Riverside, and accidentally purchased two park tickets instead of three. How do I go about modifying the tickets?

Hi Alexis, and welcome to planDisney! How exciting that you'll be visiting the Most Magical Place on Earth next month! This Louisiana girl may be a tad bias, but I think Disney's Port Orleans Resort - Riverside is a charming Disney Resort Hotel choice, especially seeing that you're arriving the weekend before Mardi Gras! My family loves the theming at Port Orleans and the boat rides to Disney Springs along the Sassagoula River! I hope you'll find some time to travel that way yourself! And if you get the chance, you can follow the river down to Port Orleans - French Quarter to try out some Mickey shaped beignets! Have a few for me if you go!

I see you have a question about purchasing an additional ticket, so let's help you get that sorted so you can and your travel party can all be ready to enjoy the magic!

Alexis, if you need to purchase an additional Theme Park Ticket for a member of your party, you can do so online and then assign that ticket to the person who will be using it through your My Disney Experience account, as long as that person is linked to you through your Friends and Family list. You also always have the option to call the New Ticket number and speak with a Cast Member who can help you purchase an additional ticket.

If you are looking to add a third day to an existing two-day ticket, that is also an easy online fix! Through your My Disney Experience account, select your current ticket and click "change". From here, you should be able to add an additional day. If your tickets were purchased as part of a vacation package, you can still adjust them through your My Disney Experience account, but you will need to modify the entire package to do so. For this process, log into your account and select "change reservation". From here, you can edit the theme park tickets to add an additional day. If trying out either of these options causes any issues for you, you are also welcome to contact a Cast Member for Existing Tickets to get additional assistance.

Alexis, if you have any other specific questions about your tickets or need additional help, please feel free to reach back out to me and I'd be happy to help again! I am wishing you a magical vacation with a touch of Louisiana flair on the side!

    Let the good times roll,
    Alison
