    I scheduled a park reservation but selected the wrong park. How can I change the park from one to another?

    Hi Nicole! Changing your Disney Park Pass reservation is pretty easy with My Disney Experience! We have an upcoming trip scheduled and I had to make some park changes! I’ll walk you through the process!

    First, log in to your My Disney Experience account on the Walt Disney World Resort website. When you arrive at your My Disney Experience page, you’ll want to scroll down to a heading that reads, “My Plans, Reservations, and Tickets.” Listed under that heading will be your hotel reservation, dining reservations, and Park Pass reservations. Next to your Park Pass reservations, you will see a button that reads, “View Details.” When that page appears you’ll see “Cancel This Reservation.” Click on that and follow the prompts. After you cancel your reservation, you can make a new Park Pass for the park of your choice!

    Nicole, an important tip is to check the other park that you want to visit prior to canceling your existing Park Pass reservation. You want to make sure there is park availability before canceling your reservation!
