At this time, no upcoming closure has been announced for the Disney Skyliner. In 2024, it was shut down for routine maintenance from January 16-26. Guests were notified in mid-October of the scheduled winter work. I recommend following the
Disney Parks Blog and checking your resort's web page for updates on future refurbishments that could impact your stay. These are typically highlighted in red font on an affected resort's home page.
I wish I had more information about the Disney Skyliner's operating schedule for 2025. During closures,
bus transportation is provided from adjacent resorts, as it is during inclement weather, so rest assured you'll always get where you need to go. The front desk of your resort will have more information.
