Hi Nancy, welcome to planDisney!
Country roads take you to the place you belong, Walt Disney World Resort, in just a couple of months. In mid-November, you'll see Main Street, U.S.A., dressed in its
seasonal finest at Magic Kingdom Park. That's way more than twelve days of Christmas, but traditional holiday decorating timelines and calories don't count at Disney!
Valid admission, a theme park reservation for each park day, and a method of entry (MagicBand, MagicBand+, Disney MagicMobile pass, or admission card) are currently required for theme park entry. It sounds like
Disney Enchantment is a must-do on your Magic Kingdom Park day, which I completely support. This nighttime spectacular fills your ears with familiar tunes, your eyes with dazzling fireworks and projection displays that extend up Main Street, U.S.A., and your heart with its message about the power of your dreams.
Park hours and showtimes beyond November 13 have not yet been released, but your decision to make a theme park reservation for Magic Kingdom Park on a day that
Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party is not taking place is extremely smart. Here's why. We know that Disney Enchantment currently takes place on dates that Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party is
not happening at Magic Kingdom Park. We also know that holiday castle projections will rotate with the Beacons of Magic projections on nights that the Christmas party is not occurring. Both of these facts support your theme park scheduling strategy.
I expect park hours for your travel dates to be released during the next few weeks and encourage you to keep an eye on the
calendar for updates. If for whatever reason you need to change an existing theme park reservation, it is now possible to
modify your existing theme park reservation online.
I hope this is helpful information, Nancy. Please return to planDisney if you have any other trip-planning questions.
Let's go mountaineers!
