I just scheduled a Disney trip for 2022. I wanted a room at Disney's Animal Kingdom Lodge with 2 queen beds that overlooks the Savanna. When I look at the confirmation it says no room or amenity requests were made. Did I do something wrong?

Jambo, Rachael and welcome to planDisney where we love to help guests sing Hakuna Matata!

Rachael, I LOVE the immersive theming of Disney's Animal Kingdom Lodge and with some great onsite dining options (like Boma and Sanaa) you'll be able to satisfy any appetite, even if you're as hungry as a wildebeest on the savanna.

Now, after you've had a lion's share of dinner, you'll want to retire to your comfortable room, so let's talk about your booking. When I'm checking my confirmation through logging into My Disney Experience account, I find that at first glance I see different information on my laptop than I do through the My Disney Experience Mobile App. If you've pulled up this information on your browser, make sure to click on "Show details," found under your confirmation number. Here you should see "Savanna View." If you do not see "Savanna View-King Bed" the default is two queen beds. Rachael, if you see "Standard View" but you have booked and paid for the Savanna View, please call (407) 934-7639 so that a Cast Member can assist in sorting this out.

Rachael, I hope this helps as you continue to plan for your 2022 vacation. If you have any other questions, just channel your inner zebra and stampede on back to planDisney!
