Hello, Edward! How exciting that you are just days away from your adventure on the high seas. Thanks for stopping by with your question so we can provide some last-minute guidance before you sail away!
Once you step aboard the ship, I suggest that you check the
Disney Cruise Line Navigator app to see if you have been moved off of the waitlist for the earlier dinner seating. If you have not, I encourage you to look at the Daily Activity Schedule to see which lounge hosts an embarkation afternoon opportunity to discuss dining changes. If you don't see one scheduled, please stop by the Guest Services desk to ask about the waitlist. I know that sometimes, families on the waitlist are offered the chance to change dining times mid-cruise, so if that is important to you, there is a chance your dining time can change.
Guests with an earlier dinner seating will have an opportunity to
view a show after dinner, usually around 8:30 p.m. If you have the later dinner seating, your chance to see the show is typically around 6:00 p.m. I hope that information helps you as you consider when to book times for your one-year-old in the nursery.
It's easy to find food for your little ones at any time of day, so consider ordering room service for a mid-day snack or heading to the eateries near the pool deck to grab a quick bite when hunger strikes. You'll also find that
Disney Cruise Line offers a variety of amenities for sailing with younger children. They want to make sure that both you and your baby receive the royal treatment!
I'm wishing you a fantastic sailing! Bon Voyage!
